Bunny Hopping(BH)

Description: Hitting SHIFT to get somewhere faster

Punishment: 1st Offense: Reminder. 2nd Offense: Prison 15mins

Chicken Run(CR)
Description: Running Around in Circles to avoid bullets
Punishment: 1st Offense: Reminder. 2nd Offense Prison: 15 mins

Non RP Driving
Description:Driving Non RPly (Cars Drive on the Right)
Punishment: 1st Offense: Reminder 2nd Offense: Prison 15 mins

Exceptions: When you are in a police chase, you can drive as recklessly as you want, and take shortcuts, however if you crash, you must rp being hurt. Not doing so is not RP Behavior

Metagaming(MG)
Description: Mixing IC and OOC info
Punishment:1st offense: Prison 30 mins 2nd Offense: Prison, 2 hours. Fine 30% of total wealth. Warning.

Non RP Behavior
Description: Not Responding to RP going on around you
Punishment: 1st offense: 1 hour Prison. 2nd offense: 2hour Prison. Fine 10% Of wealth. Warning

Using Gun Discharge Exploits
Description: Using any Gun Discharge Exploits not limited to, Crackshooting (CS) Quickswaping (QS) C-Bugging or C-Sliding
Punishment: 1st offense: 1 hour Prison, Warn. 2nd Offense: 2 hour Prison, Warn, Fine 10% Of Wealth

Asspulling
Description: Pulling out a weapon without Roleplay
Punishment: Prison 1hour, Warn
Exceptions: If you are being DMed or KOSed, you may pull out your gun to defend yourself. If it is an RP killing, or someone RPed killing you off guard, you may not pull out a weapon without RP. You must pull out a gun then start shooting. Binds are not allowed however.

Logging to Avoid/Tabbing to Avoid
Description: Logging/Tabbing to Avoid Death, Arrest, or RP

Punishment: 1Hour Prison, Warn

Non RP Car Ramming(CR)/Car Parking(CP)

Description: Non RPly Car Ramming Someone, or Car Parking.

Punishment: 1hour Prison, Warn.

Robbing Level 1 Players

Description: Robbing a level 1 Player.

Punishment: Fine 2x What is Robbed. 2 Hour Prison. Warn.

Killing On Sight (KOS)
Description: Killing Someone with little to no RP
(Even though you have an RP Reason)
Punishment: 1st Offense: 30min Prison. 2nd Offense: 1 hour Prison 3rd Offense: 2hour Prison. Warn.

Exceptions: If you are being shot at, you may shoot back. Drivebys must be RPed, however, they recipients might now see your RP, that's okay. If you are the recipient of a driveby, you do not need RP to shoot back at the car.

Deathmatching(DM)
Description: Killing Someone without an RP reason.
Punishment:4 hour Prison. 8 Hour Weapon Restrict. Warn.

Revenge Killing(RK)
Description: Killing Someone Because he killed you
Punishment:4 hour Prison. 8 Hour Weapon Restrict. Warn.

Scaming Over Limit
Description:Scaming People over the Scam Limit (10k)
Punishment: Fine 3x what was scammed. 2 Hour Prison. Warn.

Spawn Killing(SK)
Description: Killing Someone when she/he spawns at a hospital, or when he/she logs into game.
Punishment: 4 hour Prison. 8 Hour Weapon Restrict. Warn.

Lying To Admins
Description: Lying to an administrator in regards to admin decisions
Punishment: 2x However Jail Time you were going to revive, or min 2 hours.

Powergaming(PG)
Description: Doing Something you cannot do in Real Life, or Forcing Roleplay on others.
Punishment: 1hour Prison, Warn. Fine 10% Of Wealth

OOC Contract
Description: Contracting Someone for an OOC Reason (Reasons Like, "Get the bitch" are not allowed either. You Must state the reason Clearly)
Punishment: 4 Hour Prison. Fine 2x The Contract.

Exploiting (Less Severe)
Description: Less Severe Exploits like G-Bugging, or Tie Bugging.
Punishment:4 Hour Prison. Warn. Fine 50% of TW

Admins have Final Say on how severe an exploit is.

Exploiting (More Severe)
Description: More Severe Exploits like Paycheck Farming and Animation Exploiting
Punishment: 2 Week Temp Ban, if Money is involved, Fine 100% Of Total Wealth

Hacking
Description: Use any Modification that gives you an unfair advantage over other players. Not limited to, Aimboting, God Mode, Health Hacking(HH) and S0biet
Punishment: Permanent Ban

Ignoring Administrative Instructions
Description: Disobeying an admin. Punishment depends on severity

Description:Tazing a player while they are shooting.

Description: Going to a point as a member of a faction

Charge Stacking
Description: Charge a person multiple times for the same crime.

Punishment:First Offense: Prison 2 Hours, Warn. Second Offense: Prison 2 Hours, Warn, Kick From Faction. Third Offense: Faction Banned

Faction Tension(FT)

Causing Issues between the factions, not limited too: killing other members, LSFMD, and SANews you cannot kill just for being members of a faction, they would have to have shot at you first, which is FT in itself, or other LEOs for ANY Reason; Insulting Other Faction members (ALL Factions); Harassing other faction members because of their faction (ALL Factions); Or Generally Trying to cause problems over /d.
Is This Faction Tension?

Scenario: FBI is insulting LSFMD over /d as a "Bunch of retarded medics"
Is This Faction Tension: Yes, as it is done to cause issues between the factions.

Scenario: A SANews member has tried to evade arrest during a traffic stop. Got tazed by a member of LSPD and is being arrested for Evading and Reckless Driving. He keeps saying "FT" in /b
Is This Faction Tension: No. No officers were shot so the SANews member isn't committing FT, nor is the LSPD officer, as the SANews member did something wrong

Scenario: Officer Lubu doesn't like LSFMD. He decides that he is going to arrest every member he sees, and plant drugs on them ICly, so they at least he has a reason to charge them.
Is This Faction Tension: Yes. He is arresting LSFMD members, just because they are members of the LSFMD. This is not allowed. To add, to arrest someone in the first place, they must've committed a crime. Saying "I'm going to plant drugs on someone" Isn't okay, unless they committed a crime in the first place. IC Corruption must be heavily RPed.

Punishment: 2Hour Prison. Fine 10% of Total Wealth. Warn.

Abuse Of Faction Commands
Description: Abuse of Faction Commands including, but not limited to, /tazer, /arrest, /su, /gov, /live or /nr.

Punishment: Kicked From Faction, Further Punishment to be determined by faction management.

Mass Recruiting
Description: Recruiting massive amounts of people at once, without contact. Inving people with no RP.

Description: Inviting people 15 mins (:30) Before point

Capturing Multiple Points at Once

Who: Any R5 or R6

Punishment: 1 Hour Prison, Warn, Gang Strike.

Shooting Out Of Point/Shooting Before/After Point.
Description: Shooting Out of a point

Punishment: Prison 2Hours, if 3+ members Gang Strike

Lag Capping
Description: using /capture to capture a point in another vw.

Punishment: Gang Strike

Breaking Any Server Rule
Description: Breaking a Medium-Severe Server Rule

Who: 3+ Members

Punishment: Gang Strike. Further Punishment Will be taken on the rule breakers

Going Over Point Capture Limit
Description: Capping 4 or more points, the limit is 3

Punishment: Gang Strike

Vandalizing a Gang Slot
Description: Vandalizing a Gang Slot

Punishment: Family Banned. Further Action Might be taken by Administrators.
